Tater Tots Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (or chuck)
    1 medium onion, cubed
    1 green pepper, cubed (optional)
    1 can French sliced green beans, drained
    1 bag Tater Tots (from freezer)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (plus 1 can milk)
Preparation
    Cook ground beef with onion and green pepper until done. Drain grease out.
    Put meat on bottom of 2-quart baking dish.
    Add green beans as second layer, then put a whole bag of Tater Tots on top layer.
    Pour a mixture of a can of cream of mushroom soup with a can of milk over top.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for an hour.
