German Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    pinch of nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    lemon juice to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter
    in
    a 12-inch skillet that can be put into oven. Lightly
    mix
    flour,
    milk,
    eggs
    and nutmeg together. Pour batter into
    skillet
    and
    bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle
    with powdered sugar and return to oven briefly. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
