Broccoli On The Ritz - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 cube oleo
1 roll Ritz crackers
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli with salt and drain.
Melt cheese in double boiler with 1/2 cube of oleo.
Toss with broccoli.
Crush crackers and mix other 1/2 cube of oleo.
Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Put one layer of cracker mix, then broccoli and end with the cracker mixture on top.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
