Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. tomato sauce
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    2 Tbsp. dried onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2/3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    4 slices ham
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix meat loaf and pat out flat on aluminum foil, 10 x 12-inch. Lay strips of ham and cheese down middle.
    Fold foil over each end and press meat to seal.
    Lift meat from foil to baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
