Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. water
1 lb. hamburg
1 large onion
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All
1 can mushrooms, cut small
3/4 c. orzo macaroni
4 beef cubes
2 stalks celery
oregano
parsley flakes
Preparation

In a large soup pan, simmer onions, celery and hamburg. Separate the hamburg as you're frying it.
Add water and beef cubes.
Mash the tomatoes; add them as well and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the macaroni and stir often.
Add Veg-All and mushrooms.
Sprinkle oregano and parsley flakes.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese to taste.
