Old-Fashion Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

double crust pastry (recipe follows)
7 to 9 medium size baking apples, peeled, cored and sliced (about 8 c.)
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Roll half of pastry to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
Fit into a 9-inch pie plate.
Set aside.
