Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
2 c. sugar
6 well beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. white raisins
4 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix the butter, sugar and eggs.
Add the flour and baking powder; mix well.
Add the lemon flavoring.
Fold in pecans and raisins.
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
