Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
5 eggs
1 box graham crackers
1 can coconut
1 can crushed, drained pineapple (save juice)
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix butter, sugar, eggs, milk, baking powder, coconut, nuts and pineapple.
Crush graham crackers and mix.
Grease pan and flour.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Check with a straw or toothpick.
Let cool and pour pineapple juice over cake and make icing.
