Ricotta Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream margarine; add sugar, Ricotta and eggs mixed with vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Make balls in palm of hand (keep hands slightly wet with water).
    Put on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown on bottom.
    Cool and frost.
