Pineapple Nut Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 cube (8 oz.) cream cheese
milk (or mayonnaise) to soften cream cheese
Preparation

Soften cake of cream cheese with either milk or mayonnaise to good spreading consistency.
Cook pineapple and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Let cool.
Combine cream cheese mixture and pineapple mixture.
Just before spreading sandwiches, add nuts.
