Two Bean Chili(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp. canola oil
    1 (14 to 16 oz.) can chili-style stewed tomatoes
    12 oz. beer
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 (15 oz.) cans beans (mix and match to your taste)
    2 medium green peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Drain and rinse beans.
    Coarsely chop green pepper and onion. Saute onion and garlic in large saucepan in oil until tender, about 4 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes, beer, chili powder, cumin, hot sauce and salt.
    Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
    Stir in beans and green pepper.
    Simmer, uncovered, another 15 minutes.
    Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
