Juicy Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. oven-ready biscuits
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
lemon juice
2 or more large apples, peeled and diced
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Combine sugar, water and cinnamon. Boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add lemon juice.
Roll or flatten each biscuit to a 4 1/2-inch circle.
Place small amount diced apples in center of each; fold in half.
Seal by pressing with fork tines or fingers.
Brush with melted butter.
Place in casserole and bake until golden brown.
Delicious served with ice cream or whipped topping.
