Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large tomato
    1 green pepper
    2 green onions
    6 fresh mushrooms
    2 (16 oz.) jars diced pimentos, drained
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
    1 garlic clove
Preparation
    Chop tomato and pepper.
    Slice onions and mushrooms.
    Mince garlic.
    Place tomato, pepper, onion, mushrooms and garlic in a large bowl.
    Stir in peas and remaining ingredients.
    Cover and chill for 8 hours.\tStir occasionally.
    Drain salad.
