Diabetic Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Knox gelatine
    1 pkg. Kool-Aid (unsweetened)
    1 c. cool water
    3 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatine over 1/2 cup of the cool water and allow to stand until gelatine granules are moistened.
    Dissolve Kool-Aid in the remaining 1/2 cup cool water.
    Add the gelatine and Kool-Aid mixtures to hot water.
    Add the liquid sweetener and sugar; mix well.
    Refrigerate.
    Yields 8 (1/2-cup) servings, 5 calories each.
