Carrot Rice Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. finely grated carrots
    2 c. steamed brown rice
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 pieces wheat bread, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. milk (soy, nut)
    2 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    paprika
Preparation
    Saute chopped onions in oil and water.
    Add and mix together the rest of the ingredients.
    Bake in lightly-oiled baking dish for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
