Baked Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato sauce
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    1 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with green pepper and onion in skillet, stirring until ground beef is crumbly; drain. Stir in salt, chili powder, pepper and garlic powder. Add tomato sauce and spaghetti and mix well. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, adding water if needed for a thinner consistency. Spoon into 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and edges begin to brown.
