Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
4 c. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. pinto beans, cooked
1/2 c. yogurt
1 c. cottage cheese
8 corn tortillas
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Saute onion, garlic, pepper and mushrooms until onion is transparent.
Add tomato sauce, chili powder and beans.
Heat through.
Stir yogurt and cottage cheese together.
