Cannibal Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground sirloin or ground beef
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can whole tomatoes, including juice
    1 onion, finely diced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 to 2/3 small bottle Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine meat, eggs,
    onion, bell pepper and sauces.
    In another bowl, use hands
    or
    fork
    to break tomatoes into fine bits.
    Add to meat.
    Season
    with
    salt
    and
    pepper to taste. Add enough crackers to bind mixture into ball.\tChill at least 8 hours.
    Serve with\tcrackers.
    You\tcan
    make
    into balls or fork on crackers.
