Chicken In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. flour
    4 lb. chicken sections
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. red wine
    2/3 c. brandy
    2 small cans mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 c. sliced onions
Preparation
    Fry floured chicken in butter until browned.
    Add the rest of the ingredients; simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
