New York Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. unsifted flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and margarine; press firmly on the bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
