Diabetic Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. corn oil
2 eggs
3 large bananas
1 1/2 tsp. liquid sugar sweetener
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. pecans
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift flour and soda; add oil and sugar.
Mix well.
Beat eggs. Add rest of ingredients.
Beat until well mixed.
Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serve with cream cheese. Soften cheese and beat until smooth.
Spread cheese on slices of cake.
