Coleslaw With Italian Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 small clove garlic
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. crushed fennel seed
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    salt and black pepper
Preparation
    Shred the cabbage real fine in bowl.
    Mince the garlic and add to all other ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake vigorously. Pour this dressing over the cabbage and toss.
    Serves 6.
