Pork Chop And Rice Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 pork chops
2 cans mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. instant rice
1 pkg. chopped fresh mushrooms
Preparation

In bowl, add rice, soup and 2 cans of water, mushrooms; stir thoroughly.
Add seasonings such as salt, pepper and chopped onions, if desired.
Place pork chops in regular cake pan, pour mixture over top and cover with tin foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Can substitute chicken breasts in place of pork chops.
