Linguine With Parsley Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. linguine or spaghetti
salt to taste
4 to 6 qt. boiling water
1 c. parsley sprigs
1/2 c. pine nuts
2 cloves garlic
1 c. olive oil or salad oil
1 Tbsp. dried basil
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
dash of pepper
Preparation
-
Add spaghetti to boiling water and salt.
Add slowly.
Cover and cook until tender; drain.
Mix other ingredients in blender. Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 8.
