Skillet Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 oz. or 1 c. dried beef
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. green pepper
Preparation

Lightly fry beef and onion in butter until beef begins to curl.
Stir in flour.
Add milk.
Cook, stirring, until thickened. Add corn and heat.
Add cheese and mango.
Stir on low heat just until cheese melts.
Serve at once on buttered toast.
Serves 4 or 5.
