Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 to 1 c. nuts
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Make a well in the middle.
Pour remaining ingredients into the hollow.
Mix with a large spoon until smooth.
Pour batter into 3 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until done.
Cool slightly in pan and turn onto rack.
(Freezes well.)
