Salmon Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Drain salmon, reserving 1/4 cup of juice.
    Put salmon in mixing bowl and add the egg.
    Mix well and then add 1/2 cup flour. Add salt to taste.
    Add baking powder to reserved juice and beat until foamy.
    Use large cup for this as it will increase in volume.
    Add salmon mixture and mix well.
