Pear Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 c. Cool Whip
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. crushed pears
    1 c. pear juice
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Drain pears.
    Heat juice to boiling point.
    Add gelatin; stir until completely dissolved.
    Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.
    Slowly add hot gelatin to cheese mixture.
    Refrigerate until thick and beginning to set.
    Mash pears with fork; fold into thickened mixture, along with Cool Whip, pecans and cottage cheese.
    Refrigerate to set.
