Pumpkin Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp. thyme leaves
    1 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (9 oz.) can tomatoes, diced
    2 c. mashed cooked squash or pumpkin
    2 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute pepper, onion, parsley, thyme and bay leaf in margarine until tender; do not brown.
    Add tomatoes, pumpkin, water and bouillon; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
