Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Place pineapple in saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring.
    Stir in buttermilk, coconut and pecans.
    Cool.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Refrigerate overnight.
