Iceberg And Avocado Aspic Salad(Makes 8 To 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 medium avocado, seeded, peeled and quartered
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. diced red pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 envelopes gelatin
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Hollow inside of lettuce.
    Thoroughly mix all other ingredients and stuff tight in lettuce head.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap. Chill overnight.
    Serve in narrow wedges topping with French dressing.
