Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 zucchini
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. cooked tomatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in boiling, salted water (for 10 minutes).
    Cut in halves and scoop out centers.
    Mix pulp with remaining ingredients.
    Fill zucchini.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes. Serve with bacon for six.
