Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small diced onion
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettucine or long spaghetti
    1 can chicken broth
    1 small green or red pepper, diced
Preparation
    Debone and dice chicken.
    Save stock and cook fettucine (following directions on package).
    Drain cooked fettuccine and pour cold water over the fettucine so that the spaghetti will not get any softer. Drain fettucine and and pour into a buttered 13 x 9-inch dish.
