Champagne Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
8 oz. Cool Whip
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 bananas, chopped
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream sugar with cream cheese. Add thawed strawberries, including juice. Add drained pineapple, bananas and chopped pecans. Fold in Cool Whip. Freeze in 9 x 9 pan. Cut into squares and serve slightly thawed.
