Potato Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. seasoned mashed potatoes (hot or cold)
    1 Tbsp. onion juice
    1 tsp. minced parsley
    1 egg, stirred in
Preparation
    Mold into balls a little smaller than a golf ball.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Dip in beaten egg, then roll in fine bread crumbs. Fry in deep, hot fat until golden brown.
