Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes
    1/2 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 c. salsa
Preparation
    Clean potatoes; prick with fork.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until tender.
    Cut each potato lengthwise into quarters.
    Scoop out insides, leaving 1/2-inch thick shells. (Reserve pulp for another use.)
