Alpine Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pt. vanilla frozen yogurt
    1/2 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    6 crushed gingersnap cookies
    1/4 c. flaked coconut
    2 Tbsp. maple syrup
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust
    1 banana
Preparation
    Soften yogurt in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Combine dates, pecans, gingersnaps, coconut and maple syrup.
    Mix well. Fill pie crust with half the yogurt. Slice banana and arrange evenly over yogurt.
    Spread date mixture over banana. Top with remaining yogurt.
    Freeze until ready to serve (at least 2 hours).
