"Granny Smith" Apple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Granny Smith apples
    1 large can pineapple juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. Heath Bits of Brittle
Preparation
    Soak apples overnight in the pineapple juice.
    Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla and Heath Bits to make a stiff dip.
