Chicken Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. medium-hot taco sauce
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    3 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    chopped parsley for garnish
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Combine taco sauce, mustard and lime juice in large bowl.
    Add chicken, turning to coat. Cover; marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat until foamy. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Add chicken to skillet; cook 10 minutes, until brown on both sides. Add marinade; cook 5 minutes until chicken is glazed from marinade. Place chicken on platter. Boil marinade and pour over chicken. Garnish with sour cream and parsley.
