Baked Turbot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. fillet of turbot or other fish (frozen)
    margarine
    salt
Preparation
    Place frozen fillet of turbot in shallow baking dish.
    Dot with pats of margarine (do not use butter).
    Salt lightly.
    Do not preheat oven.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
