Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. long or short grain rice
1 1/2 to 2 c. onions, sliced small
1 c. cabbage and carrots, shredded
1 1/2 to 2 c. meats (could be left over)
1/4 c. catsup
2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. bacon grease
Preparation

Cook rice as directed.
When rice is done, remove lid and set aside.
Cook meat with 1/4 to 1/2 bacon grease until brown, then add carrots, cabbage (optional celery or others) and onions and fry together.
When done, add catsup and soy sauce, salt and pepper as desired.
Add cooked rice, meat and vegetables and fry together.
