Garlic Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add flour and blend; slowly add milk.
Stir until thickened; add cheese and garlic, then salt and pepper to taste.
Stir until cheese melts.
Serve with pasta, just toss together.
