French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf of bread
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Dip each piece of bread in batter until coated.
    Fry in skillet in 1 tablespoon hot shortening on both sides until golden brown.
    Serve with syrup or honey.
