Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked squash, drained
    1 stick margarine
    1 onion, grated
    1 carrot, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs, divided
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, using only 1/2 package of bread crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
