Cucumber Cream Cheese Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cucumber
    8 oz. (227 g) cream cheese
    1/4 c. (60 ml) mayonnaise
    1 tsp. (5 ml) sweet and sour salad dressing
    dash of salt
    green food coloring
Preparation
    Peel and grate cucumber; drain.
    Add to cream cheese and blend well.
    Add mayonnaise, sweet and sour dressing and salt.
    Add green food coloring for desired shade.
    Spread on bread slices and cut.
    Yields 8 to 10 dozen (party size).
