No-Peek Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

3/4 c. uncooked regular rice
1 can cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 1/4 c. water
2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut in serving pieces
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In 3-quart oblong baking dish, combine uncooked rice, cream soup and onion soup mix, blended with water. Arrange chicken on soup mixture. Cover. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender and rice is done.
