Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pt. or 1 qt. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 envelope Dream Whip, prepared per directions
    1 1/2 c. (1 pkg.) finely crushed graham crackers
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Heat over very low heat 1/4 cup strawberry juice and marshmallows, stirring until marshmallows have melted.
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup strawberry juice and add to strawberries that have been run through the blender.
    Then add to the marshmallow mixture.
    Cool the mixture and fold in the Dream Whip.
    Mix together graham crackers, margarine and brown sugar.
    Put crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch pan, saving a few crumbs for sprinkling on top. Pour in strawberry mixture.
    Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and refrigerate or freeze.
    Best when frozen and then thawed just a little.
