Ya'Ll Come Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 lb. potatoes, boiled and cubed
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, soup, butter, onions and 1 cup cheese in a lightly greased deep 3-quart casserole.
    Gently stir in potatoes, salt and pepper.
    Top with remaining cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
