Corn Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. milk (sweet)
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Grease an iron corn stick pan; place in 475\u00b0 oven while preparing batter.
Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl; add eggs, beating well.
Stir in milk and melted butter.
Pour batter into preheated pan; bake at 475\u00b0 until golden brown.
