Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box xxxx powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick margarine, melted and cooled

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Beat with a beater until well mixed. Spread between layers and on top of Carrot Cake.
